Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of the levers impacting our performance (growth dynamics, competition, network & pricing structure) and recommend actions to increase our impact
- Provide actionable insights and reports to BlaBlaCar’s executives to support their strategic decision-making
- Evaluate the performance of current business operations and recommend strategies and tactics to achieve business goals
- Build positive and trustful relationship while working with management to identify business needs, challenges and opportunities
- Analyze and deliver reports for stakeholders with Tableau software
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business or Economics
- At least 1 year of experience in consulting, business intelligence, or other relevant analytical position, including internships
- Excellent communication skills: experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to think strategically and “outside the box”
- Strong attention to details and the ability to step back to see the bigger picture
- Ability to take ownership, aligned with business priorities
- Fluent in English
