About the role

  • Technology Business Analyst supporting the Mallesons Technology team in delivering technology solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to align business requirements with technology delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements
  • Capture 'as is' and model 'to be' business processes and workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Assist with the development of project concept and business case documentation
  • Maintain the documented business requirements throughout the design and development process

Requirements

  • Solid BA or technical analyst experience in legal and/or professional services
  • Previous experience working on data related initiatives and programs
  • Process mapping tool experience (eg flowcharting software or Unified Modelling Language)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, i.e Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage and build professional relationships with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities effectively
