Responsibilities
Advise leadership on workforce planning, organization design, change management and employee relations.
Use HR analytics and engagement insights to drive decisions.
Partner with C&B on compensation, promotions and workforce risks.
Lead enterprise-wide capability building, leadership development, HiPo processes and digital learning adoption.
Execute Assessment Development centers for potential development / succession and blended learning models to strengthen a continuous-learning culture.
Strengthen engagement across the employee lifecycle, enabling leader/manager-owned action planning and surveys.
Anchor recognition programs, Employee Resource Groups(ERGs), communication forums and events that enhance belonging.
Strengthen organizational culture by embedding values, driving cultural interventions, enabling leader-driven communication, and reinforcing behavior based practices across white collar and shopfloor teams.
Use storytelling, workshops and engagement moments to influence cultural alignment.
Process Excellence, Governance & Compliance – Fair understanding.
Enable DEI programs through leadership training, inclusion initiatives, ERG-led actions, and drive diversity hiring especially enhancing women representation in technical and shopfloor roles.
Strengthen communication channels through structured messaging, digital campaigns, townhalls, employee storytelling and leader communications to strengthen alignment and clarity across employee groups.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration (HR) or equivalent with 15-20 years of progressive HR experience in Tech Center, Sr. manager/ AGM.
Strong expertise in HR Business Partnering, Talent & Leadership Development, Performance & Succession Management, HR Governance, Policy & Compliance, Employee Engagement & Culture Building, Data‑Driven Decision Making and DEI portfolio.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
Experience managing HR digital platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
