About the role
- HR Operations Intern at ZF supporting digitalization of HR processes and improving administrative workflows. Opportunity to work in a fast-paced global HR team in Monterrey, Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Support the digitalization of HR processes through applying process engineering (mapping process, measuring effectiveness, identifying bottle necks, and propose and implement improvements).
- Collaborate with the HR operations teams to identify areas for improvement (workforce admin, learning and payroll).
- Develop and implement improvements using Power Apps, Power BI Dashboards or Power automate workflows to streamline HR operations.
- Provide occasionally HR transaction support for Employee Lifecycle processes, (Hire to Retire, Employee Learning records and Payroll operations) using a Case Management System “ServiceNow” to resolve requests in a time and quality manner.
- Create and deliver reports and maintain personnel files/documents.
Requirements
- Student currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor's or Engineering degree, with at least one year remaining before graduation.
- Microsoft Office knowledge; PowerBI and PowerApps is desirable.
- Bilingual/native proficiency in Spanish & English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with a positive attitude.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handling multiple tasks and reacting quickly to problems and issues.
