Responsibilities
Support the digitalization of HR processes through applying process engineering (mapping process, measuring effectiveness, identifying bottle necks, and propose and implement improvements).
Collaborate with the HR operations teams to identify areas for improvement (workforce admin, learning and payroll).
Develop and implement improvements using Power Apps, Power BI Dashboards or Power automate workflows to streamline HR operations.
Provide occasionally HR transaction support for Employee Lifecycle processes, (Hire to Retire, Employee Learning records and Payroll operations) using a Case Management System “ServiceNow” to resolve requests in a time and quality manner.
Create and deliver reports and maintain personnel files/documents.
Requirements
Student currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor's or Engineering degree, with at least one year remaining before graduation.
Microsoft Office knowledge; PowerBI and PowerApps is desirable.
Bilingual/native proficiency in Spanish & English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive mindset with a positive attitude.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handling multiple tasks and reacting quickly to problems and issues.
