Sales Engineer responsible for business development in Water Solutions & Services. Collaborating with internal teams and key clients to drive sustainable growth and market positioning.
Responsibilities
Implementare strategie di sviluppo commerciale per il segmento WSS, in collaborazione con il WSS Manager, il team vendite e i referenti europei del CoE
Promuovere le soluzioni WSS in sinergia con il WSS Manager, partecipando a visite congiunte e supportando la costruzione dell’offerta commerciale
Stesura e predisposizione delle offerte tecnico/commerciali e relativa registrazione attraverso i tool aziendali
Coordinare l’introduzione e la promozione di nuove soluzioni sul mercato, verificando il corretto mix tra prodotti, servizi e pricing in ottica di massimizzazione del margine
Collaborare attivamente con il team Marketing e con il CoE EU per campagne, materiali di supporto, lancio di offerte e iniziative strategiche
Monitorare l’andamento del business in termini di vendite, marginalità, efficienza dell’offerta e penetrazione di mercato, predisponendo report e analisi
Sviluppare relazioni con clienti chiave, partner e stakeholder per espandere il posizionamento del marchio e delle soluzioni WSS
Partecipare a eventi, fiere e occasioni di networking per identificare trend di mercato, competitor e opportunità emergenti
Requirements
Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o discipline affini
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di business development, vendite tecniche
Ottima conoscenza delle logiche di vendita di soluzioni e servizi, incluse offerte complesse, progetti e rental
Competenze solide in analisi di mercato, costruzione di business case, definizione di piani di sviluppo e gestione clienti strategici
Conoscenza fluente dell’inglese
Familiarità con l’uso di sistemi ERP e CRM (preferibilmente SAP e Salesforce)
