About the role
- Senior Reward Partner influencing global compensation strategies within Xero while leading high-stakes projects on talent retention and cost management.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary compensation advisor for a global business function.
- Own the reward relationship end-to-end.
- Design, implement, and evolve reward programmes in alignment with Xero’s strategy.
- Lead high-stakes projects like the annual salary review.
- Influence stakeholders on reward trade-offs and cost discussions.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of global compensation structures, including incentive design and equity programmes within the technology sector.
- Navigating complex M&A integrations or scaling reward frameworks in high-growth SaaS environments is highly regarded.
- Statistical literacy to conduct regression and pay equity analysis, translating data into meaningful business narratives.
- Ability to influence senior executives and push back constructively providing expert guidance on market dynamics.
- Experience with HCM systems, particularly Workday, and compensation survey platforms like Radford or Mercer is essential for success in this role.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, capable of managing multiple global projects and making autonomous trade-offs to deliver results.
