Responsibilities
Conduct recruitment and selection processes: define candidate profiles and identify and evaluate candidates through interviews, group dynamics, and knowledge tests;
Respond to business area requests, advising on the definition of candidate profiles for roles based on Competency-based Job Descriptions;
Plan and execute selection processes to ensure effectiveness, including resume screening, assessing each candidate's potential, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies;
Help ensure the hiring process is efficient and timely by monitoring the opening and approval progress of SDHO's (requisitions) and registering candidates for hire;
Ensure recruitment practices and activities support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives, helping to increase and drive diversity and equity in line with corporate strategy;
Support audit processes by identifying the department's documentation needs for audits, ensuring records are up to date and procedures are followed;
Assist in preparing and updating the area's KPI tracking and controls.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
Proficiency in candidate selection techniques;
Intermediate Excel;
Experience with tools for developing training content.
