  • Business Development Manager generating B2B sales and expanding market presence at West Telco Brazil. Seeking a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills and a proven sales record.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement West Telco Brazil's channel and partnership strategy;
  • Actively generate new B2B business and sales;
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop commercial opportunities;
  • Lead meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations;
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline with a focus on growth and results;
  • Work with clear targets, performance tracking, and forecasting;
  • Map the market, identify opportunities, and drive expansion;
  • Conduct on-site visits to clients and partners, and participate in events and external meetings according to the commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • Over 6 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets;
  • Experience selling technology solutions;
  • Hunter profile, focused on new sales and growth;
  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
  • Strong results and target orientation;
  • Intermediate or advanced English.
  • Experience with channel development;
  • Knowledge of databases;
  • Experience with consultative selling or longer/complex sales cycles;
  • Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
