About the role

  • Business Development Executive driving sales processes and strategic opportunities in the Swiss healthcare market. Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure company growth and patient safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • As Business Development Executive (BDE) Switzerland, you are the commercial owner of the entire sales process through to contract signature
  • You are responsible for qualifying, developing and closing strategically relevant opportunities in the Swiss healthcare market, with a focus on hospitals and long-term care institutions
  • Actively manage the entire sales cycle, including forecasting and CRM maintenance
  • Conduct commercial qualifications (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline — BANT)
  • Lead contract, pricing and terms negotiations
  • Stakeholder management at C-level and with procurement organizations
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams
  • Ensure a structured handover to the Account Director and delivery teams
  • Represent the company at relevant professional conferences and help plan and coordinate customer events
  • Responsible for achieving defined quarterly and annual targets

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the MedTech or healthcare environment
  • Established C-level network within the Swiss hospital sector
  • Proven experience managing complex sales processes
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare market, with a focus on hospitals and long-term care institutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
  • Structured, data-driven work style with high CRM discipline
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility
  • Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Switzerland
