Responsibilities
Je bouwt je eigen prospect portfolio binnen logistiek, horeca, retail en agricultuur
Je gebruikt tools als Salesloft, Lusha, Apollo & Clay om slimme outbound strategieën te bouwen
Je geeft demo’s en pitch meetings via de SPICED-methodologie
Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten in hun eerste 1–3 maanden op het platform
Je verdiept je in arbeidsmarkt- en juridische trends zodat klanten jou zien als expert
Requirements
Je een bachelor hebt (Bedrijfskunde, Marketing, Hospitality of vergelijkbaar)
Je energie krijgt van bouwen, scoren en winnen
Je niet bang bent voor targets (je ziet ze als game levels 🎮)
Je zelfverzekerd presenteert en makkelijk schakelt met verschillende stakeholders
Je interesse hebt in tech, marketplaces of de toekomst van werk
Je vloeiend Nederlands én Engels spreekt
1+ jaar ervaring hebt als BDR/SDR of AE (bonuspunten)
Eerder een outbound sales strategie hebt opgezet (bonuspunten)
