Responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial outreach and persuasive presentations to closing deals. You excite new customers, aim to win key accounts over time, and contribute sustainably to revenue growth.
You deliver presentations and negotiate at all management levels, maintain long-term client relationships, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
You qualify leads effectively, prioritize them using data, and build a high-quality, scalable sales pipeline.
You always keep your targets in focus, analyze your pipeline, and continuously optimize your sales strategies to find the best solutions for our customers.
Teamwork comes first: you collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to continuously develop Wemolo.
Requirements
Whether through vocational training, a degree, or as a career changer — you have already gained initial experience in B2B sales.
You are structured and analytical: you work in a data-driven way and prioritize quality and excellence.
You are ambitious and motivated by fast growth in a highly dynamic environment.
You have a strong personal presence and the drive to learn Wemolo’s technology in depth.
You have C2-level German and speak fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
You hold a valid class B driving license and are willing to travel regularly within Germany (approx. 10–20%).
