Sales Representative supporting customers throughout their trial period and managing upgrades. Engaging in cross-selling of products and maintaining communication via Salesforce.
Responsibilities
Advising and supporting customers throughout their trial period
Upgrading customers from free trials to paid plans
Cross-selling additional products to existing customers
Accurately tracking all activities in Salesforce or other reporting tools, as directed by team leaders
Providing occasional support at events attended by the company
Requirements
2+ years of sales experience (preferably within e-commerce)
Italian and French - full professional proficiency (written and spoken)
English - advanced level (comfortable working in an English-speaking environment)
Strong understanding that successful sales rely on active and consistent communication with clients (through any channel)
Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills (or a strong motivation to develop them)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Outreach is a big advantage
Previous experience in e-commerce is an asset
SaaS experience is also welcome
