Are you ready to be the first point of contact between global brands and a top creative agency? Do you thrive on managing complex processes and keeping projects on track?
As part of the Client Service team, you will be responsible for managing high-profile client relationships, driving innovative strategies, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver award-winning socially-led marketing solutions. You’ll report into the Group Account Director and play a key role in driving both client success and agency growth.

Proactively identified opportunities for business growth and maintained client satisfaction.
Mentored and guided junior and senior account managers and executives.
Led and directed cross-functional teams (including creative, strategy, and production).
Provided day-to-day operational oversight for large project timelines and managed key resources.
Taken financial ownership of accounts, ensuring accurate forecasting and profitability.
Shaped the strategic direction for clients, introducing socially-led creative strategies that resonate.
Ensured all projects were delivered on time, within budget, and flawlessly aligned with the client's strategic objectives.
**What Else Are We Looking For?**
6+ years’ experience in client services, ideally in a creative or socially-led agency
Recent experience working with large clients and managing multidisciplinary teams of 12+ people
Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and how they drive brand and business outcomes
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas
Solid financial and commercial experience (budgeting, forecasting, profitability)
Willingness to travel (mainly EU & US)
Fluent English (C1/C2) — proficiency in French or German is a big plus.
