Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
Instructional Design Software.
Leading cross-functional teams.
Master’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
Project Management Certification (preferred).
Project management experience (preferred).
Six Sigma certification (preferred).
