Responsibilities
create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
design and expand training and development programs
Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
Create and deliver training which includes curriculum, training, and exams for preparatory courses
Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skills
Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training
Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities
Amend and revise programs to adapt to changes in the work environment
Act as the content expert
Develop and create effective induction programs
Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences
Meets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws
Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional driving on public roads
Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
A problem solver and critical thinker
Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative—can think outside the box
Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Can work in a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours
