About the role
- Learning Experience Leader designing and expanding training programs for TaskUs workforce. This role includes maintaining positive learning environments and assessing trainees' progress.
Responsibilities

- Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training
- Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities
- Amend and revise programs to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Act as the content expert
- Develop and create effective induction programs
- Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences
- Meets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws
- Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional driving on public roads
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- A problem solver and critical thinker
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative—can think outside the box
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
