Responsibilities
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
Design and expand training and development programs
Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training
Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements
Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities
Amend and revise programs as necessary
Develop and create effective induction programs
Monitor and review trainees’ progress
Ensure statutory training requirements are met
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences
Meets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws
Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional driving on public roads
Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
Problem solver and critical thinker
