About the role

  • L&D Senior Associate supporting learning program implementation in collaboration with local team at PwC. Focused on building meaningful client connections and delivering quality learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of learning solutions (classroom, elearn, virtual and conferences)
  • Support L&D processes using the following technologies and systems such as Cornerstone, Growth Centre, SharePoint Online, PowerBI Dashboards, Talent Link, Workday and Metrics that Matter.
  • Collaborate with L&D Managers to review/build storyboards for e learn development using PwC authoring tools – Articulate Rise, Storyline, Descript and Vyond
  • Support building any required material for ALL learning solutions (material/media)
  • Use PwC brand guidelines for all learning assets to ensure they are brand compliant
  • Manage the translation process (as required)
  • Generate reports from firm systems and troubleshoot the reporting dashboard environment
  • Export/import of data sets into Alteryx workflows and troubleshoot Alteryx workflow errors as needed
  • Train end users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Review/process invoices (e.g. external training venues) to ensure costs are aligned with budget.
  • Manage expectations of the L&D manager(s) and business stakeholders by providing them with regular progress reports on current activities (project plans).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-year successful experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in delivering or hosting training sessions, live/streaming events or meetings using virtual meeting tools (MS Teams)
  • Experience using elearn development tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Descript) and virtual classroom design.
  • Proficiency working with business intelligence software (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI) and other firm tools and technologies (MS Office, Copilot, ChatPwC). Excellent ability to work in Excel is required.
  • Ability to use/create Alteryx workflows, Power BI Dashboards and/or other data visualization tools
  • Strong relationship building skills and client service mindset with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels in a professional and competent manner.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/competing tasks.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail (in managing/analyzing significant volumes of course, participant and instructor data).
  • Agile self-starter and team player with a demonstrated ability to apply good judgment, innovate, problem solve, be creative and make recommendations to situations requiring interpretation.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including confidence in drafting letters, e-mails etc., in a clear and concise manner.
  • An interest in developing as an L&D Professional.
  • Ability to identify efficiencies and improve processes with a focus on continuous improvement and the sharing of best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and within teams working with others at all staff levels.
  • Have flexibility and an ability to adapt to changing demands and tight deadlines.
