Responsibilities
You organize and coordinate, together with a colleague, the nationwide deployment of our photographers for campaign photos.
You are the primary contact for our photographers and ensure a smooth process from commissioning to delivery of images.
You independently commission photographers to produce documentation/campaign photos for our campaigns.
You maintain our databases and photo documentation—primarily in Excel—and ensure all information is up to date.
You create presentations featuring documentation photos for internal purposes and for our clients.
You are responsible for updating and archiving our campaign photo channel on the intranet.
You independently handle international requests related to documentation photos (e.g., from colleagues in other countries).
Requirements
You are currently enrolled as a student in Business, Communication, or Media Studies, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
You are interested in marketing and media topics and want to gain practical insights into outdoor advertising.
You have good skills in Excel and PowerPoint; initial experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required.
You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
You enjoy working in a team and have an eye for detail.
You demonstrate strong initiative, independence, and a structured way of working and are communicative.
You are available at least 3 days per week, 20 hours per week.
