Responsibilities
Manage global commercialization initiatives for Sarclisa in Multiple Myeloma
Develop strategies and execute key market submissions and labels
Lead development and execution of biomarker and patient identification strategy
Lead execution of Global Launch strategy and Annual Brand planning
Develop KOL commercial engagement strategy and execution
Co-develop commercial foundations with key markets
Execute global Life Cycle Management plan
Coordinate aspects of key conferences
Support functional groups in key launch activities
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking
Collaborate with Value & Access team on customer facing programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Recent commercial launch experience
8+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience
Strong HCP and/or patient marketing background
Well versed in core marketing principles
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and teams in complex matrix environments
Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional and cross-geographical team environment
Effective communication and high-impact presentation skills
Strong track record of project and process management skills
