Team Leader overseeing Application & Contract Operations for Volton Hellenic Energy. Ensuring compliance and efficiency in customer application management and contract processing.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations and support the Application & Contract Operations team
Monitor productivity, backlog and SLA performance for applications and contracts
Oversee Back Office handling of Telesales activity and ensure timely customer follow-up for documentation collection
Ensure data accuracy and completeness for proper and timely submission in Salesforce, and smooth transition from intake to review
Supervise contract review and ensure compliance with commercial policies and regulatory requirements
Monitor processes for application acceptance, rejection and corrections
Implement risk control procedures, identify potential risks, and support credit and documentation validation rules
Collaborate with Telesales, Retail, as well as Indirect channels and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and accelerate the application lifecycle
Support KPI tracking and operational targets in collaboration with the Manager
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and actions to reduce delays, rework and errors
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Contract Management, Back Office Operations, Application Processing, or Risk Control
Experience in the energy or telecommunications sector will be considered a strong asset
Ability to monitor operational KPIs and SLAs
Understanding of regulatory frameworks related to contracts and application processes
Strong team coordination and day-to-day operational management skills
Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking
Excellent time and people management skills
