About the role
- Team Leader overseeing Application & Contract Operations for Volton Hellenic Energy. Ensuring compliance and efficiency in customer application management and contract processing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations and support the Application & Contract Operations team
- Monitor productivity, backlog and SLA performance for applications and contracts
- Oversee Back Office handling of Telesales activity and ensure timely customer follow-up for documentation collection
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness for proper and timely submission in Salesforce, and smooth transition from intake to review
- Supervise contract review and ensure compliance with commercial policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor processes for application acceptance, rejection and corrections
- Implement risk control procedures, identify potential risks, and support credit and documentation validation rules
- Collaborate with Telesales, Retail, as well as Indirect channels and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and accelerate the application lifecycle
- Support KPI tracking and operational targets in collaboration with the Manager
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and actions to reduce delays, rework and errors
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Contract Management, Back Office Operations, Application Processing, or Risk Control
- Experience in the energy or telecommunications sector will be considered a strong asset
- Ability to monitor operational KPIs and SLAs
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks related to contracts and application processes
- Strong team coordination and day-to-day operational management skills
- Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking
