About the role

  • IT Operations Manager overseeing IT services and user support for the organization. Improving processes and leading IT support staff in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day IT operations including helpdesk services, endpoint support, and user service delivery.
  • Manage and enforce centralized intake and prioritization for IT requests.
  • Lead and develop IT support staff while improving response times and service quality.
  • Serve as the operational escalation point for IT issues.
  • Improve operational processes, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • IT service management or operations certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Experience leading IT support or IT operations teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and endpoint management platforms such as Intune.
  • Experience with IT service management tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in environments with competing demands.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
