Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- Proven experience in data, business, or operations analytics within fast-paced, complex environments.
- Advanced SQL and data querying skills.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in trend analysis, KPI development, root-cause analysis, data validation, and reporting automation.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
