Responsibilities
- Coordinate the group’s payroll processes across several European countries
- Independently manage and control the monthly payroll process ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Produce relevant reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Obtain approval from different business units on tight deadlines
- Support employees and managers on payroll queries
- Process payments of salaries and associated transactions
- Approve and answer for invoices from external suppliers
- Lead implementation of efficient and compliant processes
- Initiate and lead projects with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degrees (or Higher Vocational Education) within business administration, finance, human resources or similar
- Excellent skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience working independently with European payroll, either in-house or outsourced
- Experience working with French or Polish payroll is a merit
- Fluency in French, German, or Polish is a merit
- Experience working within accounting or human resources is a merit.
