Managing payroll from employee onboarding to offboarding for approximately 500 payslips
Reviewing and validating payslips
Preparing employment contracts and amendments
Managing absences, leave, sickness, maternity and working time
Handling final settlements (solde de tout compte) and Pôle Emploi certificates
Managing payroll contributions and DSN (nominative social declarations)
Preparing for URSSAF audits
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BAC+3 or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of an ADP GSI payroll system (DGE – Decidium Grandes Entreprises) is an advantage
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency with office software
Fluent in French
