About the role

  • Payroll professional managing payroll operations for CMA CGM Group in Marseille. Responsible for payslip management, contract preparation, and compliance with social security audits.

Responsibilities

  • Managing payroll from employee onboarding to offboarding for approximately 500 payslips
  • Reviewing and validating payslips
  • Preparing employment contracts and amendments
  • Managing absences, leave, sickness, maternity and working time
  • Handling final settlements (solde de tout compte) and Pôle Emploi certificates
  • Managing payroll contributions and DSN (nominative social declarations)
  • Preparing for URSSAF audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BAC+3 or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of an ADP GSI payroll system (DGE – Decidium Grandes Entreprises) is an advantage
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency with office software
  • Fluent in French
