- Further develop processes, reporting tools and workflows
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Some relevant professional experience (at least 2–3 years), ideally in consulting, FinTech or Business/Corporate Development
- Experience or interest in the insurance sector is an advantage
- Structured thinker with strong analytical and communication skills
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented – you enjoy working closely with the leadership team
- Fluent in Swiss German and English; French or Italian is a plus
