As a Strategy & Operations Manager you will work closely with our management team – at the intersection of strategy, projects and operational implementation.
You ensure that good ideas turn into tangible results and contribute directly to vlot's development through your analyses, projects and communication skills.
Coordinate and track cross-functional projects and key initiatives
Support strategy implementation, governance and internal communication
Create pitch decks, decision papers and management presentations
Analyze markets, data and regulatory trends
Further develop processes, reporting tools and workflows
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
Some relevant professional experience (at least 2–3 years), ideally in consulting, FinTech or Business/Corporate Development
Experience or interest in the insurance sector is an advantage
Structured thinker with strong analytical and communication skills
Independent, reliable and team-oriented – you enjoy working closely with the leadership team
Fluent in Swiss German and English; French or Italian is a plus
