Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality expectations are met
Act as the central point of coordination across departments

Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements
5 or more years of experience in commercial operations with program delivery or operations roles
Experience leading workstreams in large scale initiatives
Experience with Commercial Loan Operations, processes, workflows, and dependencies across the lending lifecycle
