About the role

  • Operations Analyst responsible for identifying fraudulent behaviors and protecting data cloud integrity at Dun & Bradstreet. Collaborating with teams to analyze business malfeasance and high-risk patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and investigate business that may be exhibiting malfeasant characteristics, primarily in the United States and on occasion in other markets.
  • Use business analysis tools and techniques to identify suspicious business characteristics as part of targeted projects on same.
  • Work as part of a team to produce changes to protect the D&B database from material misrepresentation.
  • Leverage AI‑assisted tools (e.g., copilots, automated analysis, or workflow enhancements) to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • A graduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on either; Criminal Justice, Sociology, Public Safety, Cyber Security, or other related fields of study.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Suite), including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proven experience using Python for analytics or automation and SQL for complex query development.
  • Working knowledge of automation and emerging AI technologies, with demonstrated interest in continuous skill development.
  • Experience with link analysis or social network analysis tools (e.g., Analyst’s Notebook, Palantir, graph databases) is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
