Responsibilities

Establish clear governance, structures, and workflows to ensure talent programs run efficiently and predictably.
Build and lead a high-performing Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE) grounded in clarity, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
Relevant degree preferred; advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR within a complex, matrixed enterprise.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with proven ability to lead transformation, and deep expertise in modernizing talent management practices within complex, matrixed environments.
Proven success designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent and succession strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner effectively at the highest levels.
Demonstrated experience leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
