Responsibilities
Independently carry out payroll processing for wages and salaries, including reporting and certification duties
Act as a point of contact for employees, social security agencies and authorities on payroll tax and social security matters
Post-processing of monthly payroll
Prepare, process and forward various reports and analyses
Actively support and participate in specific HR topics and projects
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
Ideally experience with SAP or a common payroll system (e.g., DATEV)
Independent and structured way of working
Fluent German language skills
