About the role

  • Payroll and Benefits Coordinator managing employee benefits and processing domestic payroll using ADP. Ensuring compliance and accuracy in regulatory requirements and payroll administration.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for corporate benefits administration
  • Processes domestic employee weekly and biweekly payroll
  • Ensures SOX compliance in Payroll related matters
  • Implements and maintains garnishments
  • Prepares payroll journal entries and accruals
  • Completes employment verifications
  • Administers timekeeping system
  • Coordinates state payroll tax registrations
  • Provides information for audits
  • Manages invoice reconciliation and billing process
  • Coordinates open enrollment activities and compliance

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of payroll processing and payroll tax reporting experience
  • 3-5 years benefits administration required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High level of initiative and strong work ethic.
