Responsibilities

Request and monitor the issuance of DANFEs (electronic invoice auxiliary documents);
Support inventory control and management;
Generate reports; edit spreadsheets, documents, charts and other materials;
Carry out procurement processes for materials and contracting of services;
Monitor and oversee contracts;
Issue and receive documents;
Perform other related duties and tasks associated with the activities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Desired: user-level experience with SAP/R3 and SCADA systems, and basic understanding of capital resources and costing.
