Responsibilities
Supporting our Aerospace and Defence team by selling company products, systems and/or services via telephone or email to customers in assigned territories
Following-up and qualifying prospective customers (sales leads) and signing post them to the sales people for more detailed discussions
Communicating with customers to understand their needs, requirements, and identify further sales opportunities
Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information
Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
Building quotes using a CRM tool
Researching for new leads
Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
Upselling products and services
Working with channels/partners across the region
Requirements
Bilingual in English and at least one other European language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, German, Swedish)
Qualified to at least A-level, Bachelors is a nice to have
Demonstrate strong communication skills and enjoy networking with people
Some customer service, retail experience, or admin background
Self driven with ability to work autonomously
Able to use Excel or MS Dynamics
Good time management and ability to plan activities
