Responsibilities
Lead and manage your team to ensure the delivery of strategic HR support across the global organization
Act as the direct HR business partner to Commercial and Marketing teams, including ExCom stakeholders
Oversee organizational development and the global HR strategy and policies across the company
Build, continuously improve, and implement processes related to the employee experience
Drive change management to support the organization in implementing new strategies and programs
Partner with leadership to enhance team performance and attainment of objectives by providing HR expertise
Ensure fairness and performance across the organization through our performance and compensation processes
Coach and develop senior leaders on decision-making, difficult conversations, and team management
Requirements
8+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role
Proven track record of managing and developing HR teams
Strong business acumen with experience partnering with commercial and marketing functions
Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management — ability to influence and build trust with senior leadership
Change management expertise — comfortable driving transformation in fast-paced environments
Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: compensation, performance management, employment law, and payroll
Direct, transparent communication style with the ability to handle difficult conversations
Genuine passion for developing people and helping them succeed
Full professional proficiency in English required; French is a plus
