Employee Relations Advisor role in HR consultancy providing advice on employee relations matters. Support line managers and coach junior team members in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
First-line support for line managers across a portfolio of clients on all things employee relations
Providing day-to-day HR and ER advice to clients by phone, email, video and in person
Advising on disciplinary, absence and grievance processes
Providing clear, concise written reports and outcome letters
Supporting HRBPs with casework and projects
Coaching line managers to handle people issues confidently and effectively
Working with clients across various sectors – no two days will be the same
Supporting and coaching junior members of the team
Requirements
Confident advising on complex employee relations cases
Strong and up to date understanding of employment legislation
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
Excellent written communication and analytical skills
Able to build rapport quickly and flex your style to suit
A “can do”, client service approach.
