About the role

Responsibilities
- Create fun and engaging posts, stories, and reels for FYP
- Help plan and attend events for care leavers and children in care
- Gather feedback and share the voices of young people
- Represent Lancashire at national forums and bring back fresh ideas
- Work with social workers, personal advisers, and other care-experienced young people
- Promote the Care Leavers Local Offer and young people’s rights and Entitlements
Requirements
- You must be a care leaver who has been looked after by Lancashire County Council.
- The post you are applying for is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013).
- If successful you will be required to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for a 'disclosure'.
