Responsibilities

  • Preparing and processing quotes and handling all related administrative tasks in the area of asset insurance
  • Managing claims within the authority of the general agency

Requirements

  • Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support
  • Strong service orientation with a structured and efficient working style
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Open, reliable and composed personality
  • VBV certification advantageous
