Responsibilities
Client and partnership management
Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors
Develop strategic, long-term relationships
Identify expansion opportunities and new activations
Ensure contractual deliverables are met
Align expectations between clients and operations
Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams
Structure activation proposals and complementary projects
Expand sponsorship packages and brand presence in projects
Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and brand positioning
Validate activations and commercial initiatives
Prospect new brands and sponsorship opportunities
Lead negotiations and close contracts
Requirements
Experience in commercial account management, partnerships, or sponsorships
Experience managing B2B clients
Proven track record in upselling, revenue expansion, or business development
Experience in agency, events, live marketing, or media
Consultative, relationship-driven, and results-oriented profile
Strong negotiation, organization, and multi-project management skills
Clear communicator with the ability to engage and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
