HR Manager overseeing day-to-day HR operations for URBN’s Fulfillment/Distribution Centers. Driving growth trajectory while aligning with core values and enhancing organizational culture.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with site leadership to maintain employee engagement and build company culture
In line with business needs, define and implement initiatives to improve to long term business performance achieve goals
Partner with Talent Acquisition Team and oversee all recruiting efforts and involvement in the community
Talent Management: Leading Onboarding, training & development, succession planning
Lead and manager HR team while ensuring people priorities are implemented and followed
Assist in creating peak headcount plans, work with agencies to ensure staffing needs are meet
Ensure employee compliance by auditing payroll records, validate employee and company information is accurate
Ensure high engagement in the locations, organizational development
Plan, direct and coordinate the activities for their facility
Active Business Partner to location leaders
Secure HR processes and procedures and initiative are implemented and followed up in the facility
Facilitate the onboarding for HR generalist and secure competence within HR team
Available for onsite assistance and questions
Communicate company policies and procedures to all employees and enforce company standards
Conduct employee investigations as needed, ensure consistent application of policy, coach and mentor leadership and hourly employees on best practices
All other duties assigned by Sr. Human Resources Manager Supply Chain
Requirements
5 years of increased responsibility in the Human Resources field
Bachelor’s required in related field
3 plus years leading and managing HR team
Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
Excellent leadership, team building, communication and organizational skills
Experienced at working with speed, pragmatism and professionalism, ideally in an entrepreneurial culture
Has operated at scale and complexity.
