Responsibilities
Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing)

Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasting
Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
Proven experience negotiating and closing end-to-end transactions
Strong commercial acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
