- Track and report on key workforce metrics
Requirements
- Approximately 8–12 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- ADP Workforce Now experience is required
- Strong understanding of timecards and shift schedules
- Strong understanding of payroll related HR processes
- Strong understanding of HR reporting and workforce metrics
- CHRP designation is an asset, but not required.
