Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR partner to plant leadership and supervisors
Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, discipline, and terminations
Support operational leaders with workforce planning and people strategies
Help drive HR initiatives tied to safety, engagement, and operational KPIs
Manage high-volume recruitment based on operational needs
Lead onboarding and orientation for new employees
Manage employee data and HR processes within ADP Workforce Now
Conduct investigations and manage employee relations matters
Track and report on key workforce metrics
Requirements
Approximately 8–12 years of progressive HR experience
Strong experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
ADP Workforce Now experience is required
Strong understanding of timecards and shift schedules
Strong understanding of payroll related HR processes
Strong understanding of HR reporting and workforce metrics
CHRP designation is an asset, but not required.
