About the role

  • Digital Marketing Manager driving online growth and performance marketing for Ubigi. Establishing strategies for international paid media campaigns and ensuring ROI across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Sustainably increase acquisition, conversion and revenue through our digital channels and our app
  • Define and deploy a performance‑driven international acquisition strategy: paid social, Google Ads / SEA, Apple Search Ads, display, etc.
  • Manage significant media budgets with a constant focus on reducing CPA and improving ROI
  • Manage and challenge agencies with a strict performance mindset
  • Ensure regular production of high‑performing creatives, optimized and delivered on time
  • Design and analyze continuous A/B tests
  • Optimize store conversion through a multi‑language / multi‑country ASO strategy
  • Collaborate with Product teams to anticipate new services and coordinate their marketing promotion

Requirements

  • Degree in digital marketing or related field
  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in an international context, e‑commerce and/or mobile app environment
  • Strong expertise in paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads)
  • Experience managing large media budgets with a strong ROI culture
  • Excellent data literacy: KPIs, optimization, testing, advanced analysis
  • Comfortable with numbers and reporting tools
  • Fluent English required
