Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional product and engineering squads

  • Own delivery governance end-to-end
  • Align partners globally and embed Agile ways of working
  • Monitor product and service health
  • Champion transparency by showcasing work in progress
  • Manage internal teams, suppliers, and technology partners
  • Own budget and financial performance

  • Track record operating at strategic leadership level
  • Digital consumer experience expertise
  • Experience in technology and programme delivery
  • Strong commercial and financial management capability
  • A data-driven approach to prioritisation and delivery
  • Proven experience delivering across complex, globally dispersed organisations
  • Ability to balance strategic intent with hands-on execution
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills
  • Strong problem-solving mentality
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary squads
