About the role

  • Marketing Specialist leading global marketing strategies for the Workflows business in financial markets. Collaborating with teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction across diverse channels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Workflows marketing team with planning, implementing and monitoring of marketing campaigns
  • Work with marketing and business partners to shape innovative activation plans
  • Organise and coordinate marketing events, such as conferences and webinars
  • Execute end-to-end email marketing & customer retention campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse marketing budgets
  • Ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and quality standards
  • Engage and collaborate with the business and strategic marketing partners
  • Ensure all Workflows content is consistent in terms of style and quality
  • Use analytics for decision making and track performance against benchmarks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing to the financial markets’ community
  • Desire and passion for understanding data and technology-driven financial solutions
  • Strong ability to learn, listen and collaborate
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Extensive experience supporting the development of content materials
  • Hands-on experience using Marketing Automation platforms (preferably Eloqua)
  • Experience using Salesforce and Tableau desired
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to negotiate in a global matrix structure
  • Customer-centric approach and focus
  • Excellent project management skills
