Responsibilities
Assess pipeline quality in relation to role targets and recommend top areas of focus to drive performance
Proactively contact participants to schedule appointments and follow-up on money movement activities
Monitor documentation quality and source insights to inform coaching activities
Leverage past performance to prioritize support for on-campus events; attend on-campus events as needed
Coordinate completion of all activities associated with moving new hires into production
Provide logistical support for on-campus events
