Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating, managing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Align our software with customer needs and requirements
  • Conduct business professionally through clear communication with potential customers
  • Maintain expert knowledge in Redgate’s four core solutions
  • Help customers discover unmet needs and deliver insightful value
  • Collaborate with other sales functions to achieve sales quotas each month
  • Use dynamic phone presence, email, and social selling to engage prospects

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a customer facing role
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in Tech Sales
  • Extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral
  • Team mentality and are comfortable working collaboratively
  • A desire to understand while going above and beyond for the team and customers
  • Ability to learn sales methodologies that can be applied to any sales opportunity
  • Ambitious and driven by continuous improvement
  • Good administrative skills with sound attention to detail
  • Experience working in a phone based sales role
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • A proven ability to learn and understand technical information
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or Zuora
