Responsibilities
Accompagner la croissance de Theodo (+15% par an) en attirant, sélectionnant et convainquant les meilleurs talents
Construire et animer ton vivier de talents de profil Sales et Support
Identifier et exploiter les canaux les plus pertinents (chasse, cooptation, candidatures, événements,…)
Recruter 24 nouveaux talents par an
Conseiller et challenger les managers dans leurs décisions de recrutement
Améliorer en continu nos outils, méthodes et pratiques de recrutement
Requirements
Diplômé(e) d’une top école de commerce ou école d’ingénieur
Minimum 1 an d'expérience en tant que Sales ou Talent Acquisition
Tu t'épanouis dans le travail en équipe, au delà de la performance individuelle
Avoir travaillé dans une boîte tech est un plus
