Responsibilities
Providing general administrative and coordination support to the APAC Talent Acquisition team.
Supporting Southeast Asia campus recruitment initiatives.
Assisting in managing pre-employment processes prior to onboarding for new hires and intern cohorts.
Facilitating candidate interview scheduling and hiring process coordination.
Partnering with the APAC TA Coordinator in China to support intern-specific onboarding.
Acting as a key point of contact for interns on operational matters.
Partnering with hiring managers, recruiters and HR Partners to support intern engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations, Foreign Language, or related fields.
Experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR operations, or program administration.
Familiarity with campus recruitment and early-career program coordination is an added advantage.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Thai is an advantage.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
Good project management and logical thinking ability.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
