About the role

- Provides an outstanding level of customer service to potential students and stakeholders.
- Works with selected agents that recruit students on behalf of U of A in selected markets, providing training remotely and/or on site, assisting with application process for students recruited by these agents, etc.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree required. University of Alberta degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
- Ability to function effectively in a cross-cultural setting.
- Experience in recruitment, public relations, promotion, communications, and/or event planning.
- Public speaking skills.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel on a regular basis to the region.
