Responsibilities
Supports PBS sales teams to provide strategic consultation, analytics, and high-impact insight tools
Collaborates across teams to drive a deeper understanding of our sales environment
Delivers high quality insights to support leadership decision making
Develops and delivers high-quality sales insights to identify performance risks and opportunities
Drives sales controls, metrics, systems and processes to lead organizational gains in productivity
Performs ad hoc analyses to identify trends and makes recommendations for process improvements
Identifies and advances opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies
Requirements
6+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Data Analytics, Finance, or Statistics
Strong PC skills including MSWord, Excel, and working knowledge of internal IT systems
Strong analytic skills with working knowledge of financials
Proficiency in analytical tools like Tableau, Alteryx, SQL query language or other
Ability to work cross-functionally
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Exceptional PowerPoint and/or other presentation/design type tools
