Responsibilities
Provide support to the Client Services team
Manage small projects from start to finish
Compile timing plans, cost estimates and studio briefs across various jobs
Ensure smooth running of projects, including managing the bespoke job management system
Compile market sector information and investigate competitor initiatives
Provide timely and professional service to the Client
Prepare meeting rooms for Client meetings
Proof reading, data inputting, filing, and answering incoming calls/emails
Requirements
Organised and possess the ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly build effective working relationships with various brands and Client services teams
A sound knowledge of various social media platforms would be advantageous
